How we split remote and autonomous half-marathon rows
Beijing E-Town 2025 vs 2026: why 2:40:42, 50:26, and 48:19 never sit in one ranking on HumanoidPodium.
Readers often paste three half-marathon numbers into one chat: Tiangong Ultra 2:40:42 (2025), Honor Lightning 50:26 autonomous (2026), and a remote Lightning raw 48:19. On HumanoidPodium those are three different ledger rows, not one podium.
The 2025 Beijing E-Town first edition is a course-year of its own. We keep the published win at 2:40:42 with its PBS/AP source and do not rewrite it into the 2026 table. Year, course notes, and robot page stay attached to that row.
For 2026, Xinhua lists the autonomous champion at a net 50:26. That is the official ranking we show for the autonomous half. PBS/AP also report a remote Lightning first to the line in 48:19 raw. After the published 1.2 remote coefficient, that raw line is not the champion, so we store it as a separate, non-rank-1 editorial row.
We do not merge remote and autonomous finishes into a single "fastest humanoid half" list. Control mode is part of the discipline label. Empty cells still mean missing public URLs, not that a team never started.
