Eight UI languages, English marks
HumanoidPodium UI is available in en/zh/ja/ko/de/fr/es/pt. Result marks, units, and source URLs stay on the English ledger fields so comparisons do not drift.
You can switch the chrome into Chinese, Japanese, Korean, German, French, Spanish, or Portuguese. The times and places themselves stay tied to the same English discipline labels and source URLs.
That split is deliberate. Translating 8.64 s does not help anyone. Translating a wrong year or merging heat into final does real damage. hreflang points language variants at each other; x-default stays on the English URL shape.
If a translated page and the English page disagree on a number, treat that as a bug and tell us. The inclusion rule does not change by language: no public source_url, no row.
